After a long work-week, there’s nothing more relaxing than coming home and having a nice hot bath. For an allotted time you can just sit in peace with your thoughts and let your worries float away — or down the drain in this case. And it turns out this tranquil experience is very similar to enjoying a relaxing cup of tea.
Now how would you feel if we told you could combine the two relaxing experiences and have a life changing loose-leaf tea infused bath?
The following tea bath recipe will give you relax and help cleanse your skin and ease dryness, fine lines, and redness — which are the last things that you want to be dealing with after a long week.
By incorporating loose-leaf tea to your bath, you can take it up a notch and get all the benefits of hydrotherapy and aromatherapy in one fell swoop.

-Boil 3 cups of water.
-Pour loose-leaf Vitali-tea in hot water and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.
-Fill your bath with water and add the tea infusion (include Vitali tea leaves).
-Add the sliced apple and rose petals.
Then just take a nice long bath and let the effects sink in and remember that you don’t just have to drink your tea, you can ‘steep’ yourself in it as well.
